ACPIv3.07 and ASUSA8V does not support Via USB2.0

ACPI v3.07 will install and seems to work on a clean test drive with a bare minimum of drivers installed and USB 2.0 support disabled in BIOS. I do not get a working system when I try to install to an existing eCS v2.0 environment, it appears that the ACPI package will not work with the Fat32 package from Netlabs, I always get a trap when loading the Fat32 ifs and have never gotten to a working Desktop when using the /SMP, /CD and /R switches. If USB 2.0 support is enabled in BIOS, after a USB device is attached to a USB 2.0 port the Desktop reloads after trying to access the device and will eventually lock the system up requiring a Reset or PowerOff? to get the system working again. I have included 2 log packages(thanks for the great tool to gather those logs by the way), one with USB 2.0 support enabled.

ACPI v3.08 appears to have fixed the problem. My ASUSA8V system will now boot in SMP mode with just the /SMP switch. USB 2.o support is now working. With earlymeminit=true added to config.sys even Fat32 support is working properly. The only thing that isn't working correctly is Shutdown, it will not power off my sdytem with either ACPI or APM.
