Description

1. Allow different size allocation for pszWorkBuf from different callers. 2. Find and quote secondary program strings. (ie 4os2.exe -c F:\Quoteme ifneede\my.cmd). 3. Setup to use fm2path in checking for files when fm2path is added. 4. Review possibility of identifying additional executable extensions when 4os2 is the command shell to eliminate unnecessary error messages.
