Fix button definitions and typos in toolbar files

There are several instances in the toolbar template (TMP) files where...

- the toolbar switch button definitions are incorrectly defined (i.e. mismatches between 2 or all 3 of: text, help text, id)

- there is a "comment" line with a colon (":") instead of the correct semicolon (";").

The installation process should also attempt to fix these errors in pre-existing TLS files, without affecting user customizations.

Also standardize use of the word "Toolbar" over the use of the word "Toolbox"

Added objectives: 1) Ensure that each ID number uses the same "text" in every toolbar file distributed with FM/2. 2) Standardize on use of "toolbar" instead of "toolbox" in code and documentation.
