If you can download the latest files from the FM/2 SVN repository, then the recommended
process is:
   1. One-time setup:
      a. Create a FM2UTils subdirectory of the Warpin subdirectory of the FM/2
         build subtree.
      b. Download <ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/incoming/fm2/fm2utils_workspace_without_wpi.zip>
         and store it in the Warpin subdirectory
      c. From the Warpin subdirectory run:
            unzip -j fm2utils_workspace_without_wpi.zip -x fm2utils_workspace\fm2utils.cmd  fm2utils_workspace\fm2utils.wis -d fm2utils
   2. To build FM2UTILS.WPI:
      a. Run: SVN UPDATE to get the latest files.
      b. Do one of the following:
         1. Run: BLD_FM2UTILS_WPI.CMD (found in the Warpin directory)
         2. If you can run build FM/2, you can run: NMAKE DIST BUILD_FM2UTILS=1 on the main
            makefile or NMAKE WPI BUILD_FM2UTILS=1 on the Warpin makefile.

for help.
