A mailing list primarily intended for development of LIBC and GCC is crated on
netlabs. If there is too much usage questions and problem reports we'll create
a new list, but let's try with one list for a start.

Netlabs is using majormajor, and the procedure for subscribing is to send a
mail to majormajor@netlabs.org with this body:
