       Short Description: RXULS, Unicode and internationalization library for REXX (v0.61)
        Long Description: RXULS.DLL is a REXX interface to selected parts of the OS/2 ULS (Universal
                          Language Support) API, also known as the Unicode API.  RXULS.DLL provides
                          functions for: searching and transforming text by locale, querying locale
                          information, converting text between codepages (including Unicode), and
                          accessing Unicode clipboard text.  Released under a BSD-style license;
                          source code is included.  V0.5.1 is a bugfix release.
