CMap PostScript Resources

   Ghostscript uses CIDs to identify each glyphs for double-byte fonts (instead
   of glyph names used for single-byte fonts).

   All CJK (CID-keyed font) supporting features requires CMap resources.
   Please install CMap resource files under the directory 

     /usr/share/ghostscript/8.63/Resource/CMap

   Adobe's "CMaps for PDF 1.4 CJK Fonts" are available at:

   Standard CMap files for CJK-languages are also available at:
