Source for ITheme.  Requires Watcom VX-REXX v2.1d with the VROBJEX extension
library installed.

Also requires the ITheme binary package, which contains the runtime files 
needed to create a useable executable.

Unzip the binary and source zipfiles into the same directory.  You should then 
be able to open, run, and build ITheme with VX-REXX v2.1d.
