If "Open &xcenter; automatically" is enabled, the &xcenter; will open after the Desktop's icons have appeared but before any &xwp; Startup folders are processed.

Hint: If you would prefer to delay opening &xcenter; - perhaps until your network connections are ready - disable this option, then place this &xcenter;'s icon in an &xwp; Startup folder set to an appropriate delay.
