  Update of WSE2006 package with PHP 5.1.5

• Milestone: AMPOS2 version DWS2007

  17 months late (07/07/07)

  There were no version presented on the Developers Workshop 2007.
  We are working on a new technique for creating the WPI package.
  Maybe we can finished work until end of the month.

• Milestone: AMPOS2 version WSE2007

  12 months late (11/17/07)

  This will be the version presented on WSE2007.
  Not known about what will be in this package yet.

  Suggestions:
