Trap when opening file in fastviewer if file is located on NTFS drive.

Description

I reproduced the trap it appears you need to get at least 3 directory levels deep on an NTFS drive. The tree I used also has a space in one of the names. A trap dump was up loaded to netlabs/incoming by David that is very similar to the screen below. Clearly the same trap.

This is a NTFS IFS defect. It has been submitted to the eCS bugtracker as

This occurs with small files a 560 byte fails a 788 byte file succeeds.
