Make it possible to install kBuild on Windows

Description

It should be possible to install kBuild on windows in a manner similar to what can be done on unix. One difference of course, is that the installation has to be determined dynamically using the registry. The kBuild installation should also make use of the "App Paths" registry subtree to avoid forcing users to add anything to the path.
