Support TAB or Ctrl-F6 to switch between panes

Description

It would be useful if TAB and Ctrl-F6 switched between the left-hand navigation pane and the document pane.

If would also be useful if Lucide supported Ctrl-Home and Ctrl-End for navigating to the beginning and end of the document respectively.

TAB switching added in changeset [211]. For navigating use Ctrl-PgUp/Ctrl?-PgDn?.
