Description
To improve the usability of Lucide viewer it's necessary add new feature: * when you press right mouse button, mouse cursor is changed to "small hand" and * if you move mouse cursor the page is scrolled
advantages: * no need to implement special mode "Scrolling" * the second mouse button is used
