smtube crashes mplayer

I've just updated smplayer to 0.8.5 build 1 and it seems to be working fine.

I also installed smtube - as smtube needs to go into the same directory as smplayer there is a very silly conflict: Both packages have files called readme.os2, liesmich.os2 and lisezmoi.os2

Could I suggest that you consider *Naming* the readme files eg: smplayer_readme.os2 and smtube_readme.os2

I gave smtube a try and selected ​http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9l5TrAXScbE from the list displayed in smtube. This resulted in an error message:-

i can't do anything about that sorry. you need to ask the mplayer porter about that issue.

about readme's: you are right. i will rename them.

I've sent KO Myung-Hun an email about this problem. Will report back when I get a reply.

KO Myung-Hun seems to have found and fixed the problem. I'm currently using a test build of mplayer and have not had any problems with this build.

I guess that KO Myung-Hun will release this fixed build sometime in the near future.

KO Myung-Hun released a new mplayer version 1.1.1 on hobbes. According to the readme it should fix the above problem. So i close that ticket.
