switch to gcc 4.4.2

all new builds are done with gcc 4.4.2 there is a small problem with wrong compiler switches, which get generatet by configure. i need to look at that later. but beside that it looks like all is working.

the config_site env has to be set with a valid config file for gcc 442 and all works as it should then.
