Description
Per the Summary, attempting to create a folder on a read-only filesystem using the WPS causes sustained CPU load, and requires ndctl to be killed to regain control of the system.
It looks like an incorrect RC is being returned, so the system keeps trying to create a new folder, using an incremental filename ie Folder, then Folder2, Folder3, etc

http://smedley.id.au/tmp/ndpsmb.zip contains a test fix for this, where NdpCreateDir? returns ERROR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED instead of the rc from Samba
