Note: In the near future a change in versioning scheme is planned. The current release of the Samba server for eCS (OS/2) is going to be called 1.0.0 based on official Samba 3.0.31 sources

The official Samba Server and Client builds are created by Paul Smedley.

• 22th August, 2008 Samba Server Version 1.0 for eCS (OS/2), based upon official Samba Version 3.0.31
  

• 16th July, 2008 Samba Server Version 3.0.31 (WarpIN-Installation package V2)
  

Note: Uninstall any pre-3.0.31 revision of the WPI before installing this one. You will NOT loose your configuration by doing so.
Note: The WarpIN package comes with all necessary scripts and utilities preconfigured.

• 22th August, 2008 Samba Client Version 1.0 for eCS (OS/2), based upon official Samba Version 3.0.31
  
• 22th August, 2008 Samba Client Version 1.5-alpha1 for eCS (OS/2), based upon official Samba Version 3.0.31
